SADRA is now offering the Track Project for sale (Conditional)
Over the past several years, our club has been able to purchase 83.92 acres of land with fundraising and the help of generous donations.
The land was specifically surveyed for a Motorsport Park. As can be seen on the google pictures (Development link) approximately 3400 feet of track sub-grade has been surveyed, excavated/graded and compacted, 60 feet wide for nearly the entire length. The entire property has been fenced complete with three security gates. (Two on the east and one on the west)
Location:
The track project is located east of Fort Macleod, Alberta and borders the #3 Highway. (1800 feet of Highway frontage) It is also, 50 miles north of the Montana, U.S. border.
It is ideally located for a IHRA/NHRA Division Six Track. Our conditions of sale could be beneficial to the successful purchaser.
